Registration of External Users in SEI

SEI provides registration for external users, intended for individuals who participate in administrative processes at the Federal University of Viçosa, regardless of their affiliation with a specific legal entity, for the purpose of signing contracts, agreements, terms, and other similar instruments entered into with the organization.

Registration of External Users

To have your registration as an external user in SEI/UFV approved, the applicant must send the following document(s) via email (in .pdf format):

1) For users who have an account on the gov.br platform and use the Electronic Document Signer, only the following document is required:

a) A filled and electronically signed Declaration of Agreement and Veracity form (NOTE: Do not use institutional email addresses, use a personal email address such as @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo, etc.);

2) For users who do not have an account on the gov.br platform, the following documents are required:

a) A filled, signed, and subsequently SCANNED Declaration of Agreement and Veracity form (NOTE: Do not use institutional email addresses, use a personal email address such as @gmail, @hotmail, @yahoo, etc.);

b) A selfie photograph holding a document with a photo;

c) CPF (Brazilian Individual Taxpayer Registry) and RG (Brazilian ID card);

d) Proof of residence.

 

Declaration of Agreement and Veracity Form:

The PDF file(s) mentioned above should be sent via email to the following email address for approval of the external user registration: sei.centev@ufv.br.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE INDICATE THE TYPE OF PROCESS YOU WILL BE SIGNING AND CENTEV/UFV AS THE UNIT THAT REQUESTED YOUR REGISTRATION.

Subsequently, after the documentation sent by email has been verified, the CENTEV SEI AGENT will provide a link for you to access and fill out the Registration Form.

FILLING OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM

ATTENTION TO THE INSTRUCTIONS WHEN FILLING OUT THE REGISTRATION FORM:

– Do not write in all capital letters. Use uppercase and lowercase letters appropriately – generally, only the first letter of each word is capitalized.
– Do not register generic emails (from the company or departments), please use a personal email. The registered email will be linked to your CPF, so access is personal.

Please note: Alternatively, the requested documents can be delivered by a third party or sent by mail, with notarized copies and this Term with a notarized signature, thus dispensing the sending of the selfie.
