When there is a change in status from an incubated company to a graduated company. The company is ready to graduate when it achieves a minimum score of 75% (seventy-five) in each of the five axes (Entrepreneur, Technology, Market, Capital, Management and Entrepreneur). The management team seeks to determine whether the enterprise is ready to operate in the market without participating in the incubation program.
