Incubation Program
For early-stage tech-based companies. Support across the 5 axes of the CERNE 4 methodology (entrepreneur, technology, capital, market and management), with mentoring, training and networking.
- Coworking: a workstation at the park, for teams validating their product.
- Office: a private office in the main building, for companies that already have a team.
- Virtual: the company operates outside the park, with access to the full service portfolio.

Corporate Residency Program
For companies in traction that want to be inside the park, close to UFV and to other technology companies.
- Coworking: individual workstations for startups in validation or MVP stage.
- Office: private offices in the main building.
- Land for your own headquarters: grant of use of lots of about 2,000 m², in a 40-hectare expansion area, to build headquarters or an R&D facility.
Graduated Companies Program
For companies that completed incubation with financial autonomy. The partnership with the park continues.
- Follow-up: long-term monitoring and partnership.
- Growth: support for new funding rounds and international expansion.
